This was a new outbuilding with a large extension to the house all in brick and plain clay tiles using a lime mortar and flemish bond on the brickwork the internal was finished in limestone and slate floors with a feature elm staircase and kitchen.

Iford Manor New Build

We built a new barn in natural stone. We used a two hundred year old arched beam over the main entrance which I think makes it look very special.

Pipe House New Build

We demolished a double garage and built a small property in natural stone we tried to match it with the existing house it has a lovely feature window and kitchen.

Brokerswood New Build

This is one of my favorite projects we started in an open field and built a large house in bradstone, with there stone tiles and T block walling the customer lived on site in a caravan during the build which took six months and had a positive involvement at every stage.

Great Hinton New Build

This house is a modern design in brick with cast surrounds and quoins we started by demolishing the old house and then building the new with attached garage the customer had a real input in the design and the house really works for them.

Bristol New Build

This house was designed by the award wining architect Ian Payne it has some fantastic features split levels, galleries, large glazed openings, pitch pine floors with oak beams and built using the local natural stone , after the house was completed we went on to restore the house the customer used to live in and a large Barn conversion both had features designed by Ian.
